Project Success Audits
Project Success Audits (PS Audits) can be utilized as a "standalone" service
to provide executives with an unbiased assessment of a project manager's
or organization's ability to achieve project success. This use satisfies
a critical management need to evaluate risks, select a new course
of action, or adjust an existing course of action.
The other use of PS Audits is as a first step when a client has chosen
YCA as a change agent to create organizational competency in the
Project Success Method. YCA's Integrated
Solution will be leveraged
to create the
appropriate behavior change, and when PS Audits are utilized, situational
analysis will be expedited, resulting in more rapid design/deployment
of the client's custom Project Management System.
The scope of
a PS Audit can be scaled by the client in accordance with the
types of information required. The range of research and
analysis can include:

or in progress).

partnered organizations.

Paper-based/electronic questionnaires to on-site stakeholder/team
member interviews.

Pricing of PS Audits varies based on the scale of service requested,
location where the services are performed, and time dedicated to the collection,
analysis, and reporting of results/recommendations.
