YCA Integrated Solution
The YCA Integrated SolutionSM is a three-phase approach,
which ultimately leads the client to unassisted use of their customized Project
Success System.
Training is the initial phase, followed by project consulting and system development,
which are normally performed concurrently.
Project Success Training
In this phase, YCA’s world-class instructors will introduce your teams
to The Project Success MethodSM to learn the key concepts, principals, and
techniques of project management and give them the knowledgebase and the
commitment to
plan and manage projects collaboratively.
Project Consulting
After training the core group, YCA will immediately facilitate the planning
and control of selected projects within your organization. YCA's primary
role in this phase of the Integrated Solution is to provide mentoring and "hands-on" assistance
to team leaders and team members in the development of charters, schedules,
and project updates/revisions.
Project Success Systems
The third phase of the Integrated Solution is development and implementation
of the Project Success System, which is the infrastructure that will
support the application of project management within the client's organization.
Although the concepts, principles, and techniques of project management
are generic
and apply to virtually all types of projects, the system to support project
management must be tailored to the client's environment.
