After training the client's core group(s), YCA immediately facilitates
the planning and control of selected projects by the project teams. YCA's
primary role in this second phase of the Project Success
Integrated SolutionSM is
to provide mentoring and "hands-on" assistance to the teams and
team leaders in:
1. Developing comprehensive project charters and plans,
2. Conducting periodic project control meetings, solving problems
and updating the plan, and
3. Producing status reports.
Typically, YCA consultants provide the computers and project management
software necessary to perform analyses and produce reports.
Project consulting provides:

project planning and control processes on current projects. This immediate
transition is key to reinforcing and fine-tuning the team's understanding
of the project management process, and it clearly communicates management's
