Clinton M. (Clint) Padgett
President and CEO of PSI (formerly YCA)
Since joining the firm in 1994, he has provided consulting, training,
and account management to clients in a wide range of industries,
such as: manufacturing, food/beverage, electric utility, and technology.
His project experience covers many traditional and special applications,
including: product development, equipment installation/startup,
facility construction/moves, marketing, software/hardware system
implementation, and international sporting events.
Immediately prior to joining PSI (formerly YCA), Mr. Padgett was an engineer
for a Fortune 100 company. In that capacity, he assisted in the
development, field-testing, and rollout of new equipment, as well
as managing and improving quality assurance for several of his
company’s major suppliers.
He is a graduate of The Georgia Institute of Technology with a
Bachelor of Electrical Engineering. He also holds a masters degree
in Business Administration from Duke University. His professional
associations include the Project Management Institute, the Institute
of Electrical and Electronic Engineers and the Product Development & Management
Association, among others.
Vince Bennett
Vince Bennett is a Vice President for Project Success, Inc (formerly YCA). with
responsibility for managing the firm’s consulting division.
He has an extensive background in project and process engineering,
including over 17 years using the Project Success Method as both
a client and a consultant.
Prior to joining PSI (formerly YCA), Vince held various engineering, operations
and managerial positions with firms in the aerospace and medical
devise fields. His project management experience is extensive and
includes a broad range of applications, industries, and corporate
as well as national cultures. Specific consulting experience includes
managing projects in the manufacturing, injection molding, heavy
equipment, product development, construction and IT industries.
Mr. Bennett is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and holds
a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is a member
of the Project Management Institute.
Crissy Tevis
Vice President of Technology Ms. Tevis has provided training and consulting
to clients in a broad range of industries that include manufacturing,
public utilities, food and beverage, information technology, and
commercial real estate. Ms. Tevis has project experience in product
development, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, information systems development
and implementation, and special events management.
Prior to joining PSI (formerly YCA), Ms. Tevis was employed in the specialty chemicals
industry. In that capacity, she achieved success in a variety of
roles including: account management, process/systems development
and software training.
Ms. Tevis manages PSI’s Microsoft Certified Partner Program
and development of the Project Success Toolkit. She is a graduate
of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science
degree in Chemical Engineering. She is also a Microsoft Certified
Professional and member of the Project Management Institute. |

YCA Founder Bios
A.P. (Dennis) Young
Founder and former President of YCA, he currently
serves as an instructor and client executive for PSI (formerly YCA).
Mr. Young's extensive project experiences include a
broad spectrum of applications, industries, and corporate/national
cultures. His high energy style, results oriented approach,
and vast experience combine to provide unique effectiveness
in training, consulting, and client relations.
Prior to founding YCA, Mr. Young held various management
positions in the steel and mining industries, and he
has directed: manufacturing start-ups/operations, a
multi-plant engineering department, productivity improvement/cost
containment programs, capital budgeting processes,
and utilization of automated manufacturing systems.
He is a graduate of the University of Virginia with
a BSEE degree and earned an MBA and MS in Decision
Sciences from Georgia State University. Mr. Young has
instructed graduate and undergraduate courses at Georgia
State University and often addresses conventions and
group meetings on various business and project management
topics.
